The Fun Empire currently ships our physical products islandwide in Singapore (excluding restricted areas such as Pulau Ubin, etc) and worldwide. For international orders, please contact us directly for a quote on the shipping fee.
There is no shipping fee for our virtual products and experiences that do not require any physical items (e.g. Virtual Escape Room, Virtual Amazing Race, Virtual Food Quest, etc). For those virtual experiences that require physical items to be delivered before your virtual event commences, shipping fees will apply.
We offer free shipping on every order above $50. For orders below $50, there will be a $5.00 standard delivery fee. Our standard Delivery timing is Monday to Saturday, between 9am – 10pm. For overseas shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to quote you the international shipping charges as it depends on where you are.
Shipping Processing Time
Your orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days, from Monday to Friday. Generally you will receive the item within 2-5 working days from the day of order confirmation. Orders that are system flagged may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in procession your order. Business days do not include weekend or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm or over the weekend will beginning processing on the following Monday.
If we are experiencing a high volume or orders during peak/festive season, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items
All items will be checked before shipping and we will provide ample protective packing materials for all orders. However unforeseen incidents do happen at times. If the item(s) are damaged through shipping or we have sent you the incorrect products or quantity, please contact us within three (3) days upon delivery. We will contact you and request photos to confirm that the item(s) are damaged, faulty or wrong item(s).
